Go out to dinner
Summer Camp
Swimming
Backyard Barbeques/Parties

Museums
There are so many other instate places that you can go for summer. Have Fun!
Oh, I almost forgot: Happy Father's Day! to all you wonderful fathers out there.

Creole Gumbo

How many of you out there love gumbo? We'll here's my favorite gumbo recipe.
You'll need:
Boneless chicken
Hillshire sausages
Shrimps
Crabs
Gumbo File
Bay leaves
Okra
Flour
Zattaraines gumbo seasoning (if you dont want to make your gravy from scratch).
Black pepper
Seasoning salt
Rice

Directions:
Put your chicken, gumbo file, black pepper and seasoning salt in the pot and bring to boil. Put your okra, chopped sausages and bay leaves in the pot bring to boil. Make your homemade gravy out of flour or you can use the zattarains seasoning. Mix the gravy in with the gumbo and bring to boil. Put your crabs and your shrimps in until everything is tender and done. Serve with rice.
And you got yourself a delicious pot of Creole Gumbo. Enjoy!
